Eva Longoria is a former aerobics instructor, but now she maintains her body with her personal trainer Patrick Murphy. Her trainer visit her three times a week in the gym at her home.
In an interview, Eva admits that the first thing she want when making plans for their new home with Tony, was to have a gym. Of course, her desire is realized. Now she can not finds excuses to skip a workout recommended by her coach.
Her training begins with a 10 minute warm-up or running track or bike . Then she makes 25 to 30 different exercises to strengthen the body with 30-45 seconds break between series. The biggest fear of Eva Longoria is not to becoming obese around the buttocks.Therefore, she pays particular attention to strengthening exercises for the buttocks.
Longoria's coach has task to change the exercises, because exactly the same exercises easily bored to the beautiful actress. Eva Longoria still exercise kickboxing and yoga.
