Fitness & Diet according to Adriana Lima

Victoria's Secret angel Adriana Lima, may have the most wanted body worldwide . Wherever she appears, hers graceful curves attract the eyes and photo lenses. What is her secret?



The diet

The lovely line of Adriana Lima it's not maintained with a rigorous diet. She is adherent to diet that control portions, i.e. she eat everything she wants in small quantities. Adriana is not a person who gives up from her favorite foods (meat, cookies and chocolate), but she limits their consuming.

Her morning breakfast is more abundant and how  the day passes her meals are reduced. According to her, do not eat heavy meals before bedtime.

Adriana's typical day

Breakfast: egg whites, oatmeal porridge with raisins or muesli with yogurt and honey, coffee and milk.
Lunch: one portion of meat (fish, chicken or red meat) with vegetables.
Snacks: raw vegetables like cucumber or carrot. Lima is a fan of chocolate, so she do not miss to satisfy hers appetite for sweet with a few cubes of chocolate or a teaspoon of honey.
Dinner: a small salad portion .

Advises

Every time when Adriana Lima is talking about healthy diets or feeding provides two very useful tips:
  1. Drink plenty of water. 
  2. Try to have a healthy and restful sleep.
Fitness Adriana Lima exercise to be always in top form. Her favorite activity is the Brazilian military skill Capoeira, which is a combination of music, dancing, aerobics and special choreography imitating struggle.

Also she loves jumping rope and doing cardio exercises. You may be surprised, but one of its activities is boxing.

Because she travels frequently whenever she has no time for exercise Adriana is running on a track about 30 minutes a day and the result is obvious. :)
