How to lose extra kilograms while you are at work!

In many companies employees ordered food because they do not have time to find something healthy. Usually it is a fast, greasy and fatty foods that can be eaten quickly  . Pizza, pies, burgers ... the list of unhealthy food is too long. During the working day you feel that you need foods that will satisfy your hunger, and will give you energy to push it through the day. So here are a few basic rules how to eat healthy at work.


1. What to eat for breakfast?

Select cheese and yogurt, and for snack pack your muesli in a jar and buy milk. Equally good idea is a common prayer, toasted bread and a fruit.


Breakfast and snacks you can prepare at night or at morning before going to work. Make healthy spreads (which can remain in the refrigerator for several days) and you only need to buy bread or wholegrain toast muffins. If  you've been long period on unhealthy foods during the transition period it will be difficult for you, so you can keep near your desk legumes, such as dried fruits and healthy snacks for similar moments when you catch crisis.



2. Unhealthy habits at work

Avoid to eat your breakfast at the desk. It's better to go outside on the fresh air or in a cafeteria . I know that you don't have time, but you are not going to finish your work faster if you eat at the work table, only faster you are going to gain weight because you can't control what and how much you eat.

Certainly avoid sweets, chocolates and other things "that will initiate energy and concentration." Drink a glass of water, go out on the break, eat some grapes or dried cranberries and you will be much more productive.

3. Occasional  treats


Sometimes colleagues from work, especially in winter, wear a variety of sweets . The occasion can be glory, birthday, birth of a child ... Of course you do not want to insults the colleague but that does not mean that you need to lick all the dishes or eat any cake. Take a glass of juice, and congratulate it will be enough.
