TIPS FOR WEIGHT LOSS IN SUMMER


There are a few rules that will help you to use the summer and summer supplies for beauty and health.

Bringing these eating habits will not only look good, but will fill the body with vitamins and other necessary ingredients for the smooth functioning of your body.

Summer nutrition
  • First and basic rule: Consume fruits and vegetables. Now is the season of delicious fruits and vegetables, cucumbers, tomatoes, peaches - contain large percentage of water, acting refreshing and almost do not contain calories. 
          Tomatoes and peppers satisfy 40% of daily needs for vitamin C and 20% of vitamin A.

          Heat in your body causing mango, pineapple, garlic, beetroot, spinach and radishes, so these   fruits is best to leave for colder days.


  • Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do not skip breakfast, and the best selection are cereals. Eat soup as an appetizer because it is low calorie, and will quickly saturate so you'll eat less during the meal.

  • Summer salads are quick and healthy meal without a special recipe - the best is one that alone will come up. Use your favorite fruits and vegetables, low fat cheese, tuna salad, etc. For flavor, add a little olive oil, dill or lemon juice.
    As a snack you can drink and yogurt, and recent studies have shown that this milk product is successful in the fight against weight. 



Low-calorie drinks 

  • Because of the high temperatures during the summer months we consume more fluids in the body. But often we do not count the drinks for high-calorie products  although they containing many sugars. The best choice for refreshing always is the water. To rich her taste, add a little lemon juice.
    Great choice are freshly prepared juices. Avoid alcohol and milk products with high fat content. 

  • Be careful, drinks should not to be too cold. Low temperatures collect blood vessels, which have a negative  influence on health.
