Fitness & Diet according to Rihanna

The young and attractive singer, lately is constantly on the cover pages of tabloids. Her curves attracts the man's glance, and she looks more and more beautiful. What is her secret?

I love the carbohydrates, but the end of the day carbohydrates are the enemy.

The Diet 

Rihanna's diet contains very few carbohydrates. She ejected from her's diet bread and pasta,and rightly so.

Recent studies show that people who avoid carbohydrates weaken faster than those who avoid eating protein.

Rihanna is not a fan of strict dieting. She says that she is trying to eat healthy and exercise regularly, and the pounds will disappear by themselves, without paying special attention to it.

The popular singer has not skip meals and have a snack every four hours.Drinking plenty of fluids is part of everyday life of extravagant Rihanna.


  • Breakfast: pineapple and water with lemon juice.
  • Lunch: soup.
  • Dinner: chicken.
  • Snack: egg whites and fruit.




The Fitness

Rihanna exercise with hers own private trainer who travels with her when she has an important performance. In an interview with Fabulous magazine, Rihanna openly says  that without her coach exercising it's not fun, and that he needs her to motivate.

With hers coach she exercise three times a week. Her training includes cardio exercises for the muscles. Although she is not a fan of muscular arms, she exercise also for strengthening the muscles of the arms. Many of hers exercises are meant for her butt look to look so beautiful.



 

The largest complex of Rihanna are her legs, because both of them her coach and she pay big attention to strengthening exercises for legs. They are her obsession. Rihanna's  work out obviously pays off . She looks great wherever she appeared.
